You and your family or friends will be the only people staying in our B&B. Please book the Tartan Room for yourselves – and the Blue Room if you have family or friends with you.

Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival date. You will be charged the total amount if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
A full refund will be given if you are unable to travel to us due to any new government Covid restrictions.

Driving Directions
From the A9
As you enter Avoch, turn left (opposite Station Hotel) signposted to Killen.
Continue on this road uphill until you have passed all the houses and take the next right turn signposted Knockmuir.
We are about 200 metres along, second driveway on the left.
When we confirm availability and you wish to make payment as confirmation, I shall simply send you a Sum Up payment link for you to action. You do not have to set up a Sum Up account, just enter your details as a guest and send to confirm your booking. When we receive your payment we will send you an e-receipt to your email.
