Steve Baker
Steve had a career in teaching English in the UK and then moved to teach in Japan for 5 years before settling in New Zealand, teaching blind and vision impaired people as well as running a Bed and Breakfast.
After retiring he moved with Tuan to Scotland in 2019. He is a passionate gardener, a keen birdwatcher and loves fishing – occasionally successfully!
Tuan Nguyen
Originally from Vietnam, Tuan has spent many years in hospitality and now works locally as a qualified barista.
During lockdown he taught himself to paint and is now a successful local artist specialising in the landscapes of the Black Isle.
His art gallery in the garden summerhouse opened in May 2022.
